This piece is similar in construction to others I have listed and so my best guess is that it was made in around the 1930s because of Art Deco features

but will have been restrung at some point to make this shorter necklace

The brooch is beautifully constructed but the stamp on the reverse is not legible to me

I believe this enamelled silver work is characteristic of Rajasthani jewellery by makers in Jaipur in particular

with hints of gold tone brass glowing through giving an antique appearance as seen in the pictures and close-ups

The three large red rhinestones in the centre are unusually cut into pentagon shapes each with one long point, and are set open backed to allow the light to stream through. The visible soldering on the back of the necklace suggests more recent Czech makers this one is not signed. This necklace has good quality components
