Civil Division. Constructed of Gold, a superb miniature of the order consisting of a four armed cross applique in impressive red enamels, presenting ornamented Gold patterns in each quadrant, the obverse center exhibiting a hand made enameled figure of St. Anna in multiple colors, the reverse center bearing the hand painted initials "A. I. P. F." for
