Constructed of white cotton, the exterior bearing a machine embroidered red Geneva Cross, flanked by a German Red Cross (DRK) district stamp, the exterior with a handwritten name of R. C. ROSENBAUM, CAPT. MGO (presumably an Allied Military Government Officer), otherwise unmarked, measuring 185 mm (l) x 105 mm (h), with moderate soiling evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
