A rare and well preserved SS issue Kommandobuch, constructed of a card stock binding with 28 paginated interior pages, lightly filled with handwritten entries, named to HEINZ SCHMELING, a native of Berlin who was born on 24 January 1913 in Berlin, and who held the rank of SS Untersturmfhrer at the time of issue, featuring entries for pay dated 20 March 1942 through to 6 January 1943, certified by the handwritten signature of an
